FAQ’s
If you have a question we haven’t answered here, just give us a call on 01977 644888!

Can I make an appointment outside of normal hours?
Yes. We try to be as flexible as possible, out of hours treatments are available at the discretion of the therapist in question, they may also be subject to a concessionary surcharge.
What methods of payment do you accept?

This depends on the individual therapist – some take card, however we prefer to keep cash alive where possible! Please check upon making your booking.

Are you registered with major health insurers?

Some of our therapists are recognised by Westfield, Aviva, AXA PPP and other major health insurance schemes. If we are not currently registered with your insurer, we guarantee that our qualifications allow registration and this will not impede your claim.

Are all of your staff qualified?
Yes. All of our staff are fully certified to perform their specialist therapies.
Do I need doctors referral?

You do not need to see your doctor prior to physiotherapy or sports massage therapy.

However, if your treatment is to be covered by your Health Insurance, they may stipulate that a GP’s referral is required. If in doubt either check the fine print in your policy or contact your insurer directly. We may contact your GP or ask you to visit them if we feel this is necessary.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you fail to attend or cancel on the day of your appointment we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment if we are unable to fill it. Wherever possible we ask for 24 hours notice of changing/cancelling your appointment.

What should I wear when I attend for treatment?

We recommend that you wear loose fitting clothing. Your therapist may require you to partially undress to be able to assess and treat your problem.

Can a friend/relative accompany me to treatment sessions?
You are always welcome to have a friend or family member in the treatment room.
Where can I park my car?
There are free parking spaces for all visitors to the clinic right outside our front door.
