We try to be as flexible as possible, out of hours treatments are available at the discretion of the therapist in question, they may also be subject to a concessionary surcharge.

We only accept cash or cheques accompanied by a bank guarantee card.

we do not have the facility for credit / debit card payments.

Yes

All physiotherapy staff are recognised by Westfield, Aviva, AXA PPP and other major health insurance schemes. If we are not currently registered with your insurer, we guarantee that our qualifications allow registration and this will not impede your claim.

Yes

All of our staff are fully certified to perform their specialist therapies.

You do not need to see your doctor prior to physiotherapy.

However, if your treatment is to be covered by your Health Insurance, they may stipulate that a GP’s referral is required. If in doubt either check the fine print in your policy or contact your insurer directly. We may contact your GP or ask you to visit them if we feel this is necessary.

If you fail to attend or cancel on the day of your appointment

We reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment.

We recommend that you wear loose fitting clothing. Your therapist will require you to partially undress to be able to assess and treat your problem.

You are always welcome to have a friend or family member in the treatment room.

There are free parking spaces for all visitors to the clinic right outside our front door.
